Hey Llnair I see your hair ( it looks thick but dry) and it can be helped because my hair has looked like this before. Your hair need hydration you need to use good hydration products for your hair. You need a penatrating oil moisturizer and a good shampoo & conditioner and a hairdress that hydrates not one that set on top of the hair. Get a good comb and brush to stroke your hair and your hair will bounce to life you will began to see a change. If you want good products I can help you with that and you will be pleased. Contact me and let me know if there is anything else I can help you with ok. Don't worry.

I transitioned for about 4 years and never did the big chop. I spent a lot of time in braids and bantu knot outs. Also rod sets are a great transitioning style that can last about a week (for me). I hope this helps.

Hi Llniar Jackson how are you? Thank you for your question. Yes I must admitt that going natural is scary and once you are there it gets even more scary. I have just written a blog about the difference between hydrated hair and moisturized hair if you would like to read it please vist The moisturizer that I use on my hair is one I made for myself because I could not find a really good one in the stores ( I do sell my products). A good moisturizer does not coat the hair it will hydrate the hair which will allow the hair to become moisturized. Now If you would rather use a product from the stores I would recommend Sauve for children shampoo and conditioner they have a good product but make sure it is for children. As for styling what my daughter did up until last night she would braid her hair and sew in weave, she finally did the chop last night she grew out about 2 1/2 to 3 inches of new growth I will be posting pics really soon of her hair it looks really good. I hope that I was able to help. Ladies if you have any info that will help her lets us hear from you.
