Embracing Change.

Posted on January 19, 2009 at 3:02am 0 Comments

We are on the brink of change; it is taking place all around us. Day by day, moment by moment change is occurring, whether we like it or not. Change is viewed in many ways outwardly but I believe that true change begins within before we ever see the visible signs of an outward manifestation. Two such changes are in fact directly upon us; the first was accomplished years prior to this writing, though the annual recognition is tomorrow and the second has been a long time… Continue

A Tick in Time.

Posted on January 1, 2009 at 5:23pm 0 Comments

In one tick in time, the year has changed and with it so has your season. Just as there are seasons in the natural, there are seasons in the spirit. It is time to get out there and make your dreams a reality. You can experience the best in life if you believe in yourself. Having shared that, here is my request for you:

Have a Blessed and Prosperous New Year. Make this year for YOU the year you DO all that you didn't before; accomplish all you've always wanted to. Get something… Continue

Ready for the NEW in 2009

Posted on December 27, 2008 at 3:03am 0 Comments

Networking is on the top of my list for 2009. I have vowed to come out of my shell socially and meet and greet in person in an attempt to get the message out there and balance the networking done via the internet by interacting and networking in-state(s) as well.

I am looking forward to speaking engagements across the US in the very near future. I enjoy teaching women how to walk in their truth, to love and accept themselves and to fulfill their purpose.

I am a self-esteem… Continue

Happy Holidays!!!

Posted on December 22, 2008 at 2:16am 0 Comments

I'm of the opinion that every day that we live, move and breathe is a day worthy and an opportunity afforded us to Glorify God and edify man.

I believe the spirit of Christmas lives EVERYDAY; but, as my Pastor (Dr. John E. Montgomery, II) said today; Christmas represents the beginning of our blessings, for our SAVIOR'S arrival brought us redemption and reconciliation with God. I've shared that to say this: As we celebrate the Christmas Holiday… Continue

Hello again,

Please check out this month issue of The Adventist Times

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Do use the month of September to find a way to support the Breast Cancer Movement, even if it's just to increase your knowledge.

View the Breast Cancer articles and video segments. Encourage your loved ones to schedule their mammograms for October, and remember to do Self -Examinations. Early detection is key!

Breast Cancer is not just a woman's disease; men should examine their breasts as well.

I've received TONS of requests to re-play the interview with David and Tamela Mann. She's so pretty!
Well here it is...ENJOY!

Hey Debra,

I really hope you're doing well this month.
Please check this months issue of The Advenitst Times

If you would tell me what you think about Donnie McClurkins page, and the page on Overcoming Addiction. Leave me a comment please. I need to know if these topics are helpful. I'm trying to help as many people as I can.

Minister T.D. Jakes has some "real talk" for the men in our lives.

Stay Blessed Always,

i love the look of your site. here is a suggestion i got from my son who knows a lot about computers and the internet. i took his comments into consideration when building my new website which is almost ready. when people use google, your site won't come up unless they are very specific, so you might want a website name that includes the words "Christian Women of Destiny".

Hi there, I just wanted to introduce myself and my new business. I am trying to network with as many people as possible to see if there are ways that we can support each other. I offer unique and affordable works of African art that make impactful gifts for all occasions. If you have a special occasion coming up, or if you just want to connect with Africa yourself, please bookmark our site.

Do you know anyone who has a birthday or special event coming up, Debra?

Thank you for your consideration.
