I know we have started a new year, and while it is always wonderful to start the year off with a list of goals or new year resolutions that will never last more than 4 days, i think it is important to realize that unless something changes, nothing changes.

It is my absolute belief that we must take full and utter responsibility for our lives and our actions if we want to improve the quality at all.

Now before everyone starts jumping up and down and sending me hate mail, im… Continue

Regarding Traffic,
I guess it depends on which route you want to go. If you want to get some FREE traffic, I would suggest doing what you are doing now. Find a social network and maybe form a group of friends who you can notify about updates to your website. If you do this enough the site will catch on. Another thing is to try submit it to search engines. I have a free search engine submission tool and I'll have to dig up the file, but I can send you a copy once I find the actual file I downloaded it from on my computer. :) If you can pay for traffic, then Spin Success is also a good route to go. The membership is about 30$ /monthly, but what they do is review your site and manually submit it to search engines for you. When they do this they do search engine optimization, so they submit it with tags (aka keywords) that people will most likely use when looking for a site like yours). Here is a link to SpinSuccess .

I Also use traffic exchanges for free traffic. Basically, you get credits to advertise your site on the exchange in return for viewing the sites of others for 10-20 seconds. You'll definitely get some hits to your site from this. Not everyone will look through but it will obviously catch the attention of some people and therefore, build your steady traffic. (I'll be truthful, they are "free" monetarily, but you do have to dedicate some time for looking at other people's sites) The one I use most often is Traffic Swarm ..
In regards to someone maintaining the site, I don't have a suggestion for that yet, but if I come across anything, I'll let you know.

I think that would be an awesome idea to start a Suited For Success program in Australia. I will gather some initial start up information for you to review to make sure you have volunteers and assistance with running the program. I will be in touch soon. You can contact me offline at my website email:

Hi Karen,
Thank you so much for checking out my website. Yes, a Suited For Success Brother location can be done anywhere. I am now in the process of taking steps on making SFS a national organization. I wrote a grant 5 years ago to start the program because I was a former Board Member of the women's program, Dress for Success. When I looked for a men's program, there weren't any in my area. So, I created a business plan and went to work building the organization. I am very proud, but it is alot of work. I found out that most programs are specifically for women, so I decided to help the Brothers out.

Greetings Karen! I would be more than happy to talk to you about raw food and good health. A lot of us have poor eating habits and with running businesses we all need as much energy as we can possibly get!
