I just recently lost 10 lbs so I had to reward myself with a hot fudge brownie sundae. A homemade brownie, vanilla icecream (though I wish it was Blue Bell), hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry. I was not counting one single, solitary calorie and if I could have thought of something else to add on to it I would have! It took me about 30 minutes to eat it because I savored every morsel!
