I have been on the other side of the desk when the tenant couldn't pay the rent, didn't have an addendum to the lease for a promise made by the landlord, tenants sales hit bottom, and I have evicted tenants on behalf of the landlord. These are just a few of the many things I have experienced. But what could I do from the other side of the desk when asked for a word of advice from the tenant. Nothing, but bow my head and sympathize, because I was working for the landlord.
NOW, I can speak and I have spoken and the above items have been addressed and much more. It does not cost a fortune, you need not leave your home and the information contained therein is priceless.
A word of advice, check my book out '10 Commandments for Dealing w/Landlords'. It cost only $24.99, but worth so much more. 190 pages of gotta know and get the inside perspective (the other side of the desk).
